We are wholes and we are of the cosmos. Distinctions and boundaries are chosen.
That said we can usefully pay attention to aspects of our wholenesses. I am not advocating analysis or distraction of these aspects. They are not parts. They are perspectives on wholes.
Being insensitive (out of balance) has consequences.
Body
Aikido and "Awareness through Movement" Effort (extra tension) is anathema to graceful movement.
Mood
Closing and Opening moods. Barbara Fredrickson's work or positive (opening) and negative (closing) affects and the impact of their ratio.
