- Ran errands, but it was a beautiful sunny walk.
- Tried to advance the goals of the gentle revolution.
- Great conversations with [[abstractfairy]] and [[ding-levery]].
-
Listened to a bit of [[william-macaskill]] with [[lex-fridman]].
- Remembered [[sean carroll]] and [[mindscape]]. I think it was there where [[william-macaskill]] spoke about the potential of groups researching outside of academia?

[[Adding a 404 page with .htaccess]]
I wanted to add a 404 page to my garden, especially as I'm currently renaming pages. Might end up with some broken links.
Easy enough - I created a 404.org in org-mode. It gets published as 404.html.
And in .htaccess, just needed to add:
ErrorDocument 404 /404.html
Prep school for prison

[[Updating to org-roam 1.2.2]]
[[McKenzie Wark]]
Came across [[McKenzie Wark]] via the latest issue of [[STIR]]. Her work on the [[commodification of information]] sounds really interesting. Will have to check out [[A Hacker Manifesto]] and other works. The identification of the '[[Vectoralist class]]' back in 2003 sounds pretty on point.
Changing the filename that org-roam gives new notes
01:56 NATs
src What is the future of the internet? The need for global collectivity is super important; one of the biggest blockers is NAT traversal. NAT :: Network Address Translation. A mechanism used to map from one IP address space to another to redirect IP packets in transit. We must prevent every connected device from requiring a public IP, so they should be freely redirected to our own private subnetworks from our router to the local devices connected to it.
