The CMS should be able to:

• Use NLP to understand news articles as they're entered
• Use NER to find patterns in the database.
• Match those patterns to topics.
• Match those topics to journalists.
• Suggest articles to journalists in realtime as new information comes in, regardless of where it comes from in the newsroom or network.
