• Contrary to the second law of thermodynamic that sees energy moving towards equilibrium - all ‘work’ is organisation. Bringing together disparate entities and energies into symbiotic coherence - from the inorganic, the organic, the human psychological, social, and societal levels. Whilst technology can serve to further enhance that process through data processing and information organisation, conscious human engagement converts it to knowledge, wisdom, ethics and creation.

• The world of business, that will create future employment, can thus be see as the busy-ness of organisation - which is, in turn, people collaborating to deliver their value proposition.
