[[Arcade Wise]] taught me how to dither.

You use a program called [[Didder]].

Then run a command like that:

didder -i FISH.png -o FISH_BETTER.png --palette 'black gray white' --recolor "#000000 #72dec2 #ffffff" edm --serpentine FloydSteinberg
