Each neighborhood should define education for itself. Define what is to be learned and go about learning it.

The work we did in Ferndale Highschool combined with WikiUniversity, Wikipedia, WikiData, and FedWiki can be the basis of situated and adapted education. (SAE)

Organize educational approaches by age, stage in life, interests, and opportunities of use.

Tend toward "magic number five". Start a class when five students have self-organized. Start a mentor program when five mentors have self-organized. Start an educational program when we have prototypes or starter patterns for five area of curiosity (AOC).

Make a backlog list of nominated AOCs. Make lists of prospective students and mentors.
