To avoid getting burnt out I need to focus on being the spark that creates the inferno...not the inferno itself. These are the tiny actions that create vast change by leveraging the system structure.

I have been burnt out many times before. I even built a model of my energy to help me to better understand and manage it.

I realised that my email activity was a good surrogate objective KPI for my energy:

There is something here about persistent authentic intentions on behalf of the whole. The universe will question us. The question is always the same: "Are you really serious?" When we say "YES" and model "YES", the universe cannot resist. It changes everything. The universe offers us opportunities. We must choose. We must be brave and fearless.

When the universe connects with us we can achieve anything. Our power is that of the whole. It is everything. Anything is possible.
