There is one major problem with this idea that history has shown: the [[file:20210312164354-capital_strike.org][capital strike]], which means that firms can simply disinvest from your economy if they feel that public policy is unfair to them. Therefore the solution is to threaten such firms existentially with socialization of the means of production.
