Camassia quamash, AKA Camas. A whole [biome](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camas_prairie), extending further east than I'd thought. 

Supposedly it tastes like [sweet potato](#sweet potato) but I've yet to have any. Not sure if I want to document it here or under [camas](#camas).
