My friend, Claudius van Wyk, shared these Holistic tips on vital organisation by the late physicist, Adrian de Lange: * Sureness: The organisation knows why it exists - its value proposition is clear - unambiguous * Wholeness: The organisations field of engagement with stakeholders is comprehensive - it relationship with deep ecology is regenerative * Otherness: The organisations identity is distinct - it can be instantly recognised for its difference * Openness: The organisation is porous in respect of receiving the new and discarding that which no longer serves its attainment of excellence in delivering is value proposition. * Spareness: The organisation is sufficiently resourced but not overburdened with infrastructure and bureaucracy - it is agile. * Liveness: The organisation is motivated to energetic pursuit of delivering its value proposition - there is a passion in delivery. * Fruitfulness: The organisation knows the deliverables that constitute its value proposition - it knows what to measure - it is enlivened when it experiences the achievement of its value proposition. I like these very much. I like Claudius very much too. Claudius is a disciple of the late Jan Smuts. [https://www.kosmosjournal.org/contributor/claudius-van-wyk/ Claudius' bio].
