Biggest regret so far in life is complaining about things instead of doing something about them. Avoid this whenever possible. Do not make one more comment than is necessary. Work silently. Fix the problem without any concern.

Work policy --

On work's time (9-5, or whenever I've planned to do my work for the company), I follow the priorities we set for issues.

Off of work time, I will prioritize however I want. Coding is fun!
